3. Lead Generation & Contractor Matching
When you submit a quote request, your contact information and project details will be shared with one or more contractors in our network who serve your area and specialize in the requested service. By submitting a form, you expressly request and consent to be contacted by those contractors.
Home Fix Partners does not guarantee that a contractor will be available in your area, that a quote will be provided, or that the contractor's pricing will meet your budget expectations.
4. Communication Consent
By submitting any form on our website, you expressly consent to receive communications from Home Fix Partners and its network partners, including:
- Phone calls, including those using automated dialing systems or pre-recorded messages
- Text/SMS messages, including automated texts
- Emails regarding your quote request and related home services
This consent applies even if your number is registered on a federal or state Do Not Call list. You may revoke consent at any time by contacting us at hello@homefixpartners.com or by replying STOP to any text message.
5. User Eligibility & Responsibilities
To use our services, you represent and warrant that you:

- Will not submit fraudulent, false, or misleading information
- Will not use our services for any unlawful purpose
6. Independent Contractors
All contractors in the Home Fix Partners network are independent third parties, not employees, agents, or representatives of Home Fix Partners. We do not supervise, direct, or control the work performed by contractors. Home Fix Partners is not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.
You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying a contractor's license, insurance, and qualifications before hiring
- Negotiating and entering into contracts directly with contractors
- All payments made to contractors
- Any disputes arising from work performed by contractors
7. Contractor Vetting Disclaimer
While Home Fix Partners makes reasonable efforts to verify that network contractors hold appropriate licenses and insurance at the time of onboarding, we do not continuously monitor contractor credentials. Licensing and insurance status can change. We strongly encourage you to independently verify all contractor credentials before authorizing any work.
8. Pricing & Payments
Home Fix Partners does not charge homeowners for quote requests or for using our matching service. Our revenue is generated through fees paid by contractors in our network. All pricing for actual home improvement work is determined solely between you and the contractor you hire. Home Fix Partners has no involvement in billing, invoicing, or payment collection for contractor services.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our website or services to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent project requests
- Harass, abuse, or harm contractors or other users
- Interfere with or disrupt our website infrastructure or servers
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our website by automated means
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Impersonate any person or entity
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Home Fix Partners website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software — is the property of Home Fix Partners or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our website without express written permission from Home Fix Partners.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
